At Wenlock Safaris, we offer one set Buffalo Sable Package, a dedicated Management Package, and fully tailored hunting safaris shaped around your personal preferences. Each safari is built around the species you select from our price list, allowing you to customise the experience with your PH — from the animals you wish to pursue to the style of hunt you prefer. Terms and Conditions
Species
- All species on list are species available on our property, however, by request, we can provide prices for additional animals in local area and surrounds.
- Prices are subject to change year on year, please read terms and conditions.
- At Wenlock Safaris we pride ourselves on personal relationships and transparency, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us, we can create and tailor your safari to suite your every need.
Safari Charges Include:
- All concession fees in South Africa
- All hunting licenses and permits needed in South Africa
- Full accommodation and meals during safari, including wines, beers and soft drinks.
- The services of an experienced professional hunter and his staff, including trackers and
skinners - A fully equipped hunting vehicle with professional hunter
- Daily laundry service
Safari Charges Exclude:
- All Government taxes and fees
- Airfares, international, national or charter
- Accommodation and travel costs prior to and after the safari
- Taxidermy Fees
- Shipping of trophies to any destination
- Staff gratuities
- Animals wounded and lost
Terms and Conditions:
- Deposit will be $1000/day booked.
- Deposits are non – refundable
- All meat remains the property of the farm
- All prices are VAT exclusive
- All wounded or lost animals will be paid for in full
- All Prices are subject to change and can vary from year to year.
- Trophy fees and Packages are confirmed in the year that the Safari is paid in full.
- Extra animals added while on Safari will be hunted from the current price list.
- Balance is paid on completion of the hunt.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollar ($)
- Fee totals for animals killed, wounded and lost will be calculated upon completion of the safari.
- We maintain reasonable care and precautions for the safety of our clients. However, we accept no responsibility for any illness, negligence, accident or loss, or for expenses arising therefrom. It will be expected from clients to take out their own personal insurance in case of lost or damaged goods and for any illness, injury that may occur.
- Clients will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a client cancelling a safari less than 120 days prior to the commencement date of the safari, the deposit will be forfeited, if the dates cannot be rescheduled to alternate dates within the same season, or the following season.
Safaris cancelled more than 120 days prior to the commencement date of the hunt will
be refunded, less 25% of the deposit amount. This 25% is non-refundable; however, it may be applied as a credit toward a future safari with alternative dates within the same season or the following season.
